Duties & Responsibilities\nDevelop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.\n\nDesign and improve production floor layouts, and manufacturing flow.\n\nSupport new product introduction, pilot builds, process validation, and production ramp-up.\n\nAnalyze production data to identify defects, downtime, waste, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nLead continuous-improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and root-cause analysis.\n\nTroubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.\n\nCollaborate with quality teams to establish process controls, inspection methods, and control plans.\n\nSupport cost-reduction, productivity, capacity and yield-improvement projects.\n\nAssist operation manager to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\n\nFollow company policies to ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\n\nTrain production personnel on new processes, equipment, and procedures.\n\nMaintain production documents and records such as production quantities, downtime, pass/fail status, and material usage.\n\nWrite Pilot-production control program per PM’s requirements\n\nAssist with daily production and operational activities such as packaging, labeling, inspection, and material handling.\n\nAssist with inventory counts and material movement.\n\nPerform other production or operational duties as assigned.\n\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, production engineering, or a related role.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, quality systems, and engineering principles.\n\nExperience with problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, fishbone analysis, FMEA, SPC, and process capability studies.\n\nAbility to read engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, project-management, and teamwork skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering or manufacturing software.\n\nSkills\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.\n\nExperience with CAD software, ERP/MRP systems, or manufacturing execution systems.\n\nExperience supporting ISO 9001or other applicable standards.\n\nFluent in English\n\nProficient in Excel and other yield data analysis tool\n\nContinuous improvement mindset\nTechnical problem-solving capability\nData analysis
