risks, resource constraints, and schedule impacts.\nSupport development and implementation of standardized project execution methodologies across the organization.\nSchedule Management\nDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using established project management tools.\nMonitor schedule performance against established milestones and critical path activities.\nCoordinate project priorities and resource loading across multiple concurrent installations.\nDevelop schedule recovery plans when required.\nPrepare weekly project status reports and executive-level schedule updates.\nMaintain project dashboards and key performance indicators.\nChallenge schedule assumptions and identify potential execution gaps before they impact project success.\nProject Governance & Accountability\nHold Equipment Engineering leadership, Installation Engineers, OEM suppliers, contractors, Facilities Engineering, Manufacturing, and supporting organizations accountable for agreed-upon commitments and execution timelines.\nProvide objective reporting of project health, identifying schedule variances, resource constraints, and execution risks.\nEscalate unresolved issues and missed commitments with recommended recovery plans.\nFacilitate action item closure through regular follow-up and verification.\nEnsure accountability remains transparent, measurable, and consistently communicated across the project team.\nDaily Execution Coordination\nLead weekly installation coordination meetings and project execution reviews.\nVerify work sequencing supports efficient installation and commissioning activities.\nMonitor contractor productivity and installation progress.\nIdentify execution barriers and coordinate timely resolution.\nSupport production readiness and equipment turnover activities.\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify technical, logistical, schedule, and resource risks early in the project lifecycle.\nDevelop mitigation strategies with Engineering and project stakeholders.\nMaintain project risk and issue logs.\nCoordinate cross-functional issue resolution.\nSupport leadership with data-driven recommendations for project recovery and resource allocation.\nCommunication & Leadership\nServe as the primary communication link between Equipment Engineering leadership and project stakeholders.\nFacilitate project coordination meetings and executive status reviews.\nPrepare concise project summaries, dashboards, and performance metrics.\nBuild collaborative relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, OEM suppliers, and contractors.\nPromote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.\nCapital Planning & Organizational Growth\nSupport long-range capital equipment planning and execution strategies.\nCapture lessons learned and implemented standardized best practices.\nAssist in developing scalable project management processes supporting Sherman, , and future manufacturing expansions.\nDevelop project execution standards that transition into long-term EES capital program management.\nEducation & Experience\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management, or a related technical discipline.\nMilitary technical leadership experience with demonstrated project execution responsibilities and a bachelor's degree in a related discipline.\nEquivalent combination of technical education, military training, and directly related semiconductor capital project experience.\n Preferred\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.\nTraining in project scheduling methodologies or earned value management.\nSemiconductor manufacturing or advanced manufacturing experience.\n Experience\nMinimum of nine (9) years of experience managing capital equipment installations, engineering projects, manufacturing operations, industrial construction, or semiconductor capital projects.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nExperience coordinating OEM suppliers, contractors, engineering organizations, and manufacturing operations.\nExperience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules.\nExperience supporting equipment commissioning, startup, and production readiness.\nExperience utilizing Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or similar project scheduling software preferred.\nSkills\nStrong project planning and organizational skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to identify execution risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nExperience interpreting engineering drawings, equipment layouts, and installation documentation.\nWorking knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and facility utility systems.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and project reporting tools.\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.\nStrong presentation and executive communication skills.\nWorking Conditions\nCombination of office, semiconductor cleanroom, manufacturing, and active construction environments.\nFrequent movement between engineering offices, manufacturing areas, equipment installation sites, and contractor work locations.\nDomestic travel up to 10% may be required.\nRequired use of appropriate cleanroom attire and personal protective equipment.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to perform extended field walkdowns within manufacturing and construction environments.\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to climb stairs, ladders, and access elevated work platforms as required.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to communicate effectively during field coordination and executive meetings.\n\nSafety
