Join our fast-paced, hyper-growth company where collaboration and innovation thrive, and take your marketing career to the next level!\nHOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:\nWork closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to deeply understand customer requirements and develop target personas responsible for deploying, maintaining, and delivering on AI projects. \nCraft clear and differentiated messaging and positioning for our AI products/solutions and campaigns, tailored to IT leadership, DevOps and AI Practitioners. \nDevelop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to raise Cohesity and product brand awareness and relevance in the AI space while also driving pipeline growth. \nDevelop and implement a comprehensive content strategy, including various materials like collateral, videos, presentations, blogs, etc., to support demand generation campaigns. \nDefine and drive a promotional activation strategy to place Cohesity in the consideration set for AI projects. \nRepresent the company and our solutions at speaking engagements, conferences, media events, and analyst briefings. \nCollaborate with the sales and partner enablement teams to develop sales enablement collateral and support field communication. \nWE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:\n8+ years of product marketing experience in a relevant enterprise software organization. \nExperience in AI data platforms, DevOps, data lakes, data catalogs, RAG, and/or AI workflow tools is highly desired but not required. \nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making. \nExcellent storytelling skills, demonstrated through exceptional written and spoken communications. \nAbility to balance multiple projects and work with multiple stakeholders. \nAbility to identify customer needs and effectively position B2B products/solutions to resonate with diverse target audiences. \nA proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership who excels in a dynamic software environment. \nProfessional English language proficiency for customer and internal communication.\nA bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. \nMust be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work from the office on a regular basis.\nDisclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
