Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nPerforms work as assigned by Warehouse Manager and Lead.\nPull packaging supplies (boxes, pallets, bags, etc.) per job traveler.\nRepack all customer materials according to specifications.\nManage the reusable container program.\nPerform all required repackaging tasks.\nMonitor work orders and verify any increases or decreases in quantities.\nMaintain and manage PCIDS (packing code identifiers)\nRead job specifications (e.g. job travelers) and fully understand process prior to beginning each operation (e.g. pick and pack per method).\nMove documentation back and forth to administrator and attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.\nPlace finished goods on the designated pallet and move finished product to shipping (physically).\nPerform operation to acceptable quality standards and transports finished work pieces.\nFollow all safety policies and procedures.\nAccurately complete all documentation as required to complete each job.\nPerforms housekeeping duties around work center such as emptying trash bins and keeping isles clear of clutter to avoid slips, trips, and falls.\nFork lift certified or willingness to learn and become certified in 3 months.\nDoes not perform quality tasks or decisions.\nQualifications\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired to perform basic math. Required proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write, fill out paperwork and keep track of time in English. Ability to comprehend written and oral job instructions in English.\nREASONING ABILITY\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
