This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.\nYOUR TEAM.\nThe Procurement Senior Specialist - Multi-Commodity will support the continued growth and maturity of the firm’s procurement function. This role will help drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract review, cost optimization, and procurement governance across a broad range of indirect spend categories.\nThe Procurement Senior Specialist will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs, evaluate supplier options, support negotiations, and ensure procurement activity aligns with firm policies, budget expectations, risk requirements, and business priorities.\nWHY COHNREZNICK?\nAt CohnReznick, we’re united by a common mission to create opportunity, value, and trust for our clients, our people, and our communities. We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.\nYOUR ROLE.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLead sourcing activities across multiple indirect spend categories, including professional services, facilities, office services, marketing, HR-related services, financial services, business operations, travel, supplies, and other business services. \nPartner with stakeholders to define business requirements, evaluate suppliers, compare pricing, and recommend sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, risk, compliance, and business need. \nSupport supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, renewal reviews, and vendor rationalization efforts. \nNegotiate supplier pricing, service levels, commercial terms, and contract protections in partnership with business owners, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders. \nReview supplier agreements before Legal review to confirm business terms, pricing, service requirements, renewal language, approvals, and procurement documentation are complete and accurate. \nIdentify opportunities to reduce cost, consolidate spend, standardize buying channels, improve supplier value, and strengthen procurement compliance. \nMaintain sourcing documentation, supplier records, approval history, savings tracking, and other procurement materials to support governance and audit readiness. \nContribute to procurement process improvements, tools, templates, workflows, reporting, and automation initiatives. \nYOUR EXPERIENCE.\nThe successful candidate will have:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field required. \n6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, or related business operations. \nExperience supporting sourcing events, supplier evaluations, pricing analysis, contract negotiations, and vendor management across multiple indirect spend categories. \nStrong understanding of procurement best practices, contract review, supplier governance, cost analysis, and stakeholder management. \nAbility to analyze spend data, supplier proposals, pricing models, total cost of ownership, and business impacts. \nStrong communication, negotiation, organization, and project management skills. \nPreferred Qualifications\nProcurement or supply chain certification such as CPSM, CSCP, CPM, CPP, or similar. \nExperience in professional services, financial services, tax, audit, advisory, or business services environments. \nFamiliarity with procurement, ERP, contract management, or workflow tools such as SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Workday, Ariba, or similar platforms. \nExperience developing sourcing templates, vendor scorecards, savings trackers, procurement policies, or supplier governance models. \nKey Competencies\nStrategic sourcing and category support \nVendor management and supplier performance \nContract and commercial review \nCost analysis and value delivery \nStakeholder partnership and communication \nProcurement governance and compliance \nProcess improvement and change support \nDemonstrated experience in the financial services, tax, audit, or advisory sectors is highly desirable.\nIn addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards.\nStudies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
