You'll work with a close-knit team that values respect and dependability.\nYour Mission\nReporting to the Project Leader, you are the backbone of our installation crews.\nExecute the Install: Assist in installing whole house fans, rooftop ventilation, and electrical upgrades. You will apply skills in framing, drywall, and weatherization.\n Master the Environment: You will work in attics and on roofs. You must be physically capable of climbing ladders safely and carrying materials (up to 50 lbs overhead) with confidence.\nSupport the Lead: Proactively manage vehicle readiness, job site preparation, and cleanup. You anticipate the next step to keep the crew efficient.\nLearn & Improve: Participate in daily huddles to internalize improvements. We require team members who are well-groomed, professional in appearance, and able to communicate politely and effectively with homeowners and teammates alike.\nExperience: 1-2 years of residential construction, roofing, or handyman experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matters most.\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, work on roofs, work in tight attics/crawlspaces, and lift heavy materials.\nThe Right Attitude: You take initiative. You don't wait to be told to clean up or prep the next tool.\nTech Savvy: Comfortable using mobile devices for time tracking and job notes.
