Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, using methodologies such as Six Sigma.\n\nProblem Solving:\nAddresses production issues and challenges as they arise, collaborating with other departments to find effective solutions.\n\nActively participate and support the company's quality policy according to corporate standards, lead a culture of Zero Defects standard, deploy the required tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plans, OCAP, DMAIC) and data analysis within cross-functional teams to achieve the committed results.\n\nCommunication:\nMaintains clear communication with other shifts, management, and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.\n\nPerformance Tracking:\nMonitors production performance metrics, such as output, scrap rates, and safety incidents, and report on progress.\n\nEquipment and Facilities Coordination:\nCollaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure the equipment is functioning correctly and to address any necessary repairs.\n\nDocumentation:\nMaintains accurate records of production activities, safety inspections, and other relevant documentation.\n\nSafety and Security\nConducts building security rounds, enforces company rules and regulations and manages safety and emergency incidents.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation :\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role related to high precision, high mix machine shop environment.\nExperience :\nMinimum of ten (10) years in a manufacturing or quality environment, with a minimum of five years’ managerial experience.\nSkill/ Technical Requirements :\nComputer literate in MS Office applications.\nFamiliar with ISO 9001.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.\nRequires intermediate to advanced knowledge in data analytics, statistics, knowledge in LSS, MS Office.\nWorking knowledge of SPC and DOE and other statistical tools.\nMust possess advanced documentation knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a self-directed environment.\nRequires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and priorities.
