This is a remote-work position and will be based in the US. This position will provide technical and functional support and security for Oracle Fusion Cloud and related applications.\nMain task of the position:\nManage Oracle access request tickets (Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, OAC, Customer Portal, etc.) to support Oracle access provisioning and deprovisioning.\nTroubleshoot and resolve Oracle access (roles and data security) issues and requests.\nMaintain Oracle service accounts password database.\nMaintain Oracle role master and global process owner documents.\nSupport and maintain Oracle BI report folder permissions.\nSupport Oracle user access requirements for assigned projects (integrations, new module implementations, etc.).\nInteract with users and business owners to understand and educate them regarding access requests and access issues.\nFacilitate knowledge transfer and sharing within the Oracle security team.\nManage all consultant user access/account requests.\nSupport Oracle access related requirements as part of our environment refresh process.\nSupport Sox requirements and controls for Oracle access related functions and ensure no deficiencies during a Sox Audit related to access.\nRequired Experience and Skills:\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services or other application/ERP support, with at least three years of experience leading an IT service and support team for a global company. Interaction with a global team is preferred.\nExperience and proficiency with customizing Oracle Fusion roles.\nExperience and proficiency with Oracle Fusion Security Console, Oracle IAM, Oracle IDCS.\nAbility to lead geographically dispersed teams and team members.\nExperience building and developing processes.\nExcellent communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical skills.\nProven troubleshooting skills.\nExperience streamlining, implementing, and globalizing policies and procedures.\nExperience with Sox audits as it relates to application security.\nKnowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, CX, HCM modules/processes a plus.\nEducation & Training:\nBachelor’s degree in IT field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\nJob Conditions/Physical Demands: Work from home office environment. Ability to sit for prolonged period at desk, use computer keyboard; minimal exertion.\nProtective Devices Required: In designated areas.\nCompensation: The estimated base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other job-related factors. This range represents Cohu’s good faith estimate of what it reasonably expects to pay for this role upon hire.
