Will lead the factory team in terms of throughput, OEE, Mfg. Cycle Time and WIP management.\n\nRecords all the following reasons of delays that affect the shipment on a weekly basis to determine the problem root causes that will be used in data analysis and corrective/preventive action.\n\nReviews the list of WIP jobs to manage the necessary job in production by checking, closing and cleaning the inactive or no longer valid jobs for production.\n\nMaintains/Updates the Manufacturing Commit Date (MCD Date) to determine the scheduled ship date by populating this field in a timely manner.\n\nInterprets Engineering changes to determine new requirements for materials and correct BOM pick list by referring to BOM Revision Notice.\n\nParticipates in Material Review Board on dispositioning the non-conforming materials.\n\nHandles RMA Orders (Returned Material Authorization) to secure the smooth process of return, rework and shipment to customer\n\nParticipates in 8D, 5S' activity when needed and perform other duties as assigned\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation :\nGraduate of Business Administration Courses/ Engineering Courses or with Equivalent Experience.\nExperience :\nTwo to three (2-3) years of experience in Supply Chain Management.\nSkill/ Technical Requirements :\nExcellent in Microsoft Application specifically Excel\nAnalytical and Attention to Details\nKnowledge of manufacturing Processes\nBasic knowledge of ERP/MRP\nGood problem-solving skill\nGood oral and written communication skill\nSmart and fast learner\n Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that reflect capacity, demand, and resource constraints.\n Monitor real-time production progress and adjust plans to address bottlenecks or delays.\n Balance workload across workstations to prevent over- or under-utilization.\n Communicate schedule changes and priorities to Production supervisors and OM Planners promptly.\n Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability aligns with the schedule.\n Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.\n Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency.\n Support the implementation of scheduling software and tools, providing training as needed.\n Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production plans with sales forecasts and project timelines.\n Maintain documentation of scheduling decisions, assumptions, and change logs.\n Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.\n 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing control.\n Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n Excellent communication skills for interfacing with Production and OM Planners.\n Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.\n Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\n Team player with a proactive attitude toward process optimization.\n Fluency in English;
