In this role, you will troubleshoot, provide technical solutions, and analyze on-site machine issues raised by customers.\nImpact You Will Make\nPlan and coordinate final test activities with cross-functional teams (Team Lead, Project Manager, Engineering, QA and other stakeholders) to meet project scope and timelines.\n\nExecute final test operations according to plan and escalate any deviations per the manufacturing escalation protocol.\n\nPerform final test checklists and customer-specific requirements accurately, targeting zero defects.\n\nProvide feedback to the setup team to improve module setup processes.\n\nCollaborate with engineering to enhance mechanical, hardware, software, and vision design templates.\n\nWork closely with project management to refine sample handling and customer requirement alignment.\n\nLog all issues in the tracking database to support continuous improvement and root cause analysis.\n\nUse appropriate calibrated tools, jigs, and controlled documents to carry out tasks correctly.\n\nContinuously develop technical competencies aligned with the annual training matrix.\n\nUphold 5S principles daily, ensuring proper tool maintenance, material labeling, and workplace organization.\n\nAdhere strictly to safe work procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).\n\nProvide support for field service assignments domestically or internation-ally (up to 10 trips annually).\n\nSupport company vision, mission, and annual goals through active participation and commitment.\n\nPerform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.\n\nOur Ideal Candidate\nAble to travel on short notices.\n\nAbility to work overtime as needed.\n\nAbility to work independently and good interpersonal skills.\n\nDiploma/Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, ATE experience preferred.\n\nExperienced in handling Pick-and-Place (PnP) machines.\n\nLanguage skills:\nFluent English (spoken and/ written skills).\n\nKnow other languages will be advantage.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Cohu Malaysia, we offer a collaborative work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
