Monitors schedule and progress to determine if the daily or weekly plan will be met in accordance with daily/weekly shipment plan released by Planner, otherwise, recommend recovery and improvement actions.\n\nConducts regular line patrol to ensure that the production line and activities are in accordance with the established rules and documented procedures.\n\nInitiates 5’s and continuous improvement by engaging the team members to improve efficiency and good working condition in the production area.\n\nEnforces workplace safety standards, proper tool and PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) use to ensure safe working production environment.\n\nAnalyzes records and use them in conducting studies in the formulation of new operation rules and procedures to upgrade manufacturing efficiency and minimize production of defective parts by using the softcopy monitoring, Oracle or shop clock whichever is applicable.\n\nSupports other service departments by providing them with manpower especially on company related activities such as company outings, scheduled inventory count, yearend party etc.\n\nPerforms other duties as may be required by the superior.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation :\nBachelor’s degree or preferably any related Engineering degree.\nExpérience :\nAt least six (6) years of work experience in manufacturing company with mechanical assemblies and at least three (3) years of supervisory level or lead role.
