We invite you to bring your passion and experience to our team!\nThe Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly remanufacturing process to ensure efficient and accurate product flow. This role will lead and guide production technicians, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.Estimated Salary: $71,000 to $90,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.\nActual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.\nWhat you will do:\nSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.\nTrain, mentor, and manage team of production employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth & improvement.\nSupervises and assesses capacity issues, and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Supply Chain) to resolve production issues and optimize processes.\nTroubleshoots remanufacturing problems and determines corrective action when necessary.\nMonitor and evaluate employee performance, providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues promptly.\nCollaborate with supporting departments to ensure efficient product flow\nMonitor remanufacturing productivity, KPIs, (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance\nImplement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs\nSupports accurate inventory records of remanufactured machines and ensure accurate stock records\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards\nSupport 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse\nCollaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service teams to meet business objectives\nSupports preventive maintenance programs\nSupports workplace safety programs and emergency preparedness activities\n What we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field\n5+ years of experience in assembly operations in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and function;
