This team manages risk and delivers operational solutions across Coinbase’s Institutional organization, supporting a broad range of teams and functions that help scale the institutional business. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and institutional clients, tackling real operational challenges.\nWhat you'll do:\nSupport day-to-day IOS operations while identifying and managing operational risk across compliance and regulatory requirements\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing processes and risk management capabilities, recommending solutions backed by data analysis\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build technology solutions that support institutional operations at scale\nAnalyze data sets and deliver recommendations grounded in sound quantitative reasoning\nCollaborate with fellow interns on a group project solving a real business problem, presenting findings and solutions to the leadership team\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nCurrently pursuing a degree or certificate in business, management, finance, accounting, or a related discipline\nDemonstrated problem-solving ability with capacity to identify second-order effects and streamline processes accordingly\nProven willingness to engage cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate in team settings\nFamiliarity with finance or banking concepts, with interest in crypto and digital assets\nUtilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality\nPosition ID: P78040\nPay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range as detailed below.\nHourly Rate:\n$40—$40 USD\nApplication Limit: Candidates may submit a maximum of 3 applications within a 6-month period.\nEqual Opportunity Employer: Coinbase is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
