This team owns hiring across Coinbase's G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT, and you'll be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting across your portfolio. Depending on business needs, you may also support product group hiring, so flexibility across talent markets is key. You'll partner directly with senior leaders to deeply understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and drive process improvements that help the recruiting team scale.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio\nBuild candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity\nPartner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience\nDrive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams\nDesign and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&A and/or technical functions\nExperience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets\nDeep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing\nData-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders\nUtilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.\nPosition ID: P77768\nPay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below.
