This team owns the Developer Portal, including documentation, API dashboards, and onboarding flows that are the front door for every external developer integrating with our platform. You'll lead design for these critical surfaces, turning complex technical workflows into clear, intuitive experiences that drive developer adoption and success at scale.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn end-to-end design for the Developer Portal, spanning documentation, API dashboards, onboarding flows, and self-service tooling.\nLead design system contributions specific to developer-facing surfaces, ensuring consistency and scalability across the Portal experience.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations to identify friction points in the developer journey and ship high-impact improvements.\nDrive user research and usability testing with external developers to validate design decisions and uncover unmet needs.\nShape how AI-powered features surface within the Portal, including intelligent search, contextual guidance, and code generation experiences.\nBuild and maintain design specs, prototypes, and interaction patterns in Figma that serve as the source of truth for engineering delivery.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years designing developer tools, technical platforms, or documentation experiences.\nDemonstrated ownership of end-to-end design for complex, multi-surface products shipped to production.\nProven experience contributing to or maintaining a design system, with a portfolio showing systematic, scalable design thinking.\nProficiency in Figma for design delivery, prototyping, and design system management.\nTrack record of integrating user research insights into design decisions, with examples of how research changed a shipped outcome.\nUtilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.#P78657\n\nPay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below).
