As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth for our platform.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.\nUnderstand their needs, provide personalized support, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise.
