To learn more about CoinFlip and how to get started on your digital currency journey, visit www.CoinFlip.tech.\nReporting to the Treasury Manager/Corporate Treasurer, the Treasury Analyst will support CoinFlip in managing global banking relationships and treasury administration, including liquidity management, risk assessment, and timely accounting and reconciliation of all transactions.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare daily cash positioning within the Treasury Management System to assist with global liquidity management. \nMonitor and reconcile cash-related accounts including bank accounts, cash in kiosks, cash in transit, and perform analysis for KPI reporting. \nCarry out the reconciliation of all bank accounts in order to ensure that all banking transactions are accurate and consistent with factual transactions as recorded in the book of accounts and variations are eliminated. \nProvide reconciliation reports to the Accounting team to assist with the month close process. \nOversee the sourcing, management, and administration of bank relationships and bank accounts for domestic and international operations. Liaise with banks in order to obtain bank statements and reports, and provide feedback on CoinFlip’s cash position. \nMonitor fund disbursements, to ensure that all income and expenditure is recorded in compliance with internal procedures and International Accounting Standards. \nEnsure that accurate financial and relevant records are kept for all treasury transactions. \nPrepare ad-hoc management reports on budget utilization and variances, reasons for deviations, and propose preliminary recommendations for management review. \nOversee administrative matters related to code of conduct for financial activities and report for unusual activities, transactions, and investigation of anomalies or unusual transactions. \nSupport management in the financial decision-making process. \nCoordinate and maintain a daily, 13-week, and 26-week cash forecasting system to ensure that adequate funds are available to meet the working requirements of the programs. \nScrutinize budget proposals received from other functions for any technical errors/issues. \nProvide analysis, details and explanations on the status of CoinFlip’s accounts. \nOther duties as assigned. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting & Finance. \nMaster’s in Business Administration (MBA), is preferred. \nMinimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. \nCertified Public Accountant Certificate or Certified Management Accountant is preferable. \nExperience of developing financial modeling. \nFamiliar with access or other database software application. \nTechnical awareness and familiarity with Accounting and Treasury Management Systems?and other business software applications. \nSelf-motivated individual with effective organizational skills. \nAbility to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus. \nMust be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines. \nExcellent Excel Skills. \nNice to Have:\nBasic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains. \nGeneral passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency. \nCompensation:\nAnnual Base Salary: $17,000-$24,000 USD based on market and experience of candidate\nWorking at CoinFlip means collaborating with experienced and innovative leaders who share a clear vision and a track record of success.
