Learn more at coinflow.cash.\nRole Overview:\nCoinflow is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our finance team and help run the financial engine behind a fast-scaling payments company. Coinflow moves money for merchants around the world, so cash, liquidity, and pricing sit at the center of the business. As our Finance Analyst, you'll be the operating engine of a small, high-ownership team. You will keep our liquidity positions funded and forecast, produce the merchant and partner reporting our customers depend on, build the models behind pricing and projections, and turn the numbers into the decks leadership and the board use to make decisions.\nThis is a launchpad role for someone early in their career who wants exposure across treasury, FP&A, and strategy, and who wants to help build how a modern fintech finance function runs from the ground up.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLiquidity and forecasting: Manage daily top-ups and liquidity tracking across bank and stablecoin accounts, build and maintain a 13-week cash forecast, and evolve it into an automated, volume-driven model\n\nMerchant and partner reporting: Own monthly merchant and referral partner reports on a standard template and close calendar, then automate them and add merchant profitability views\n\nLeadership and board decks: Prepare the monthly EOM finance deck and board meeting materials, and build a KPI dashboard that feeds them\n\nPricing and projections: Run margin analysis on merchant pricing requests, support our pricing tools and quote-to-cash process, and own the operating model, budget, and scenario planning\n\nAR/AP and operational excellence: Run the AP cycle and AR collections, write SOPs for recurring processes, and help shorten the month-end close as the team grows\n\nRequired Qualifications\n1-3 years in investment banking, consulting, Big 4 advisory, or FP&A/treasury at a high-growth company\n\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; able to build a 3-statement model and cash forecast from scratch\n\nAbility to turn analysis into clear, concise slides for leadership\n\nStrong attention to detail and comfort reconciling data across multiple sources\n\nHigh ownership: you finish what you start without being chased\n\nComfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a high-growth startup, and ready to work hard\n\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in payments, fintech, or financial services\n\nFamiliarity with interchange, processor fees, or merchant pricing\n\nExposure to treasury operations, cash management, or AR/AP SQL or other data skills\n\nInterest in stablecoins, crypto, or alternative payment rails\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation including base salary, performance bonus, and meaningful ownership\n\nBroad exposure across treasury, FP&A, pricing, and strategy at a rapidly scaling fintech\n\nDirect work with finance leadership and visibility into board-level decisions\n\nCollaborative and innovative work environment with world-class investors\n\nThe base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 USD.
