Learn more at coinflow.cash.\nWe’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)-a hybrid between a software engineer and a customer-facing problem solver.\nIn this role, you’ll take your engineering expertise out of the office and into the field: working directly with customer engineering teams, designing and implementing integrations, troubleshooting in real time, and ensuring smooth go-lives. You won’t just be writing code for Coinflow’s core product-you’ll be applying your coding skills, systems knowledge, and product intuition to help customers be successful with our platform.\nThis role is perfect for engineers who love building but want to broaden their scope: spending more time collaborating with customers, shaping solutions, and solving high-impact technical challenges in production environments.\nSolution Design & Deployment\nWork directly with customer engineering teams to design, prototype, and implement integrations\n\nBuild proof-of-concepts and code snippets that accelerate adoption\n\nAdvise on tradeoffs, system design, and best practices for scaling payments infrastructure\n\nCustomer Onboarding & Go-Live\nOwn technical onboarding from signed contract through production launch\n\nDebug live integration issues across APIs, SDKs, and payment flows\n\nEnsure every deployment is smooth, stable, and optimized for long-term growth\n\nOptimization & Expansion\nAnalyze transaction and integration data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities\n\nGuide customers in rolling out new features, payment methods, and advanced workflows\n\nPartner with Sales to expand accounts through technical credibility and solution depth\n\nInternal Impact\nTranslate customer challenges into product insights for Engineering and Product teams\n\nBuild internal tools, documentation, and reusable integration assets\n\nHelp shape the playbook for how Coinflow scales technical deployments globally\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-5 years of software engineering experience (or technical background)\n\nCoding ability in TypeScript and React, with enough fluency to debug, prototype, and teach others\n\nGreat grasp of REST APIs, integrations, and distributed system data flows\n\nComfortable writing database queries for debugging, reporting, and analysis\n\nExcellent communicator who thrives in customer conversations and technical workshops\n\nCurious, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments\n\nBonus: Experience in payments, fintech, or transaction processing\n\nWhy This Role is Different\nUnlike traditional engineering roles, this isn’t about committing code to our core product every day. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, qualifications and business needs.\nIn addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible for an equity grant, allowing you to share in the long-term success of the company.
