Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer & MLRO, you will play a critical role in conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD), managing risk assessments, and supporting AML compliance across our digital asset platform.\nWhether you bring background experience in traditional finance, capital markets, crypto, or law enforcement, this role offers an exciting path to deepen your compliance expertise in the crypto space.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nPerform KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) during onboarding of new customers.\n\nPerform KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and review transactions during Periodic Review of existing customers.\n\nPerform due diligence during onboarding and periodic review with regards to outsourced third party vendors and counterparties.\n\nConduct holistic customer risk assessment and allocation of risk scores.\n\nPerform screening, evaluate screening reports and daily clearing of screening alerts.\n\nTimely escalation of risk alerts to next level for review.\n\nAssist in Enhance Due Diligence, including risk mitigation and controls.\n\nReview customers Source of Wealth and Funds (SOW/F) information, including verification of SOW/F.\n\nParticipate in AML Compliance projects.\n\nAd-hoc projects delegated by compliance management.\n\nThis role reports directly to the Head (or Deputy) of Compliance/MLRO.\n\nThis role has a dotted line reporting to team supervisory leads with regards to daily operational matters.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nPreferably a bachelor’s degree in law, finance or equivalent.\n\nDiploma in Law candidates will be considered.\n\nPreferably 2 years of compliance experience in the finance industry.\n\nPreferably to have obtained recognised AML certifications (ACAMS or ICA)\n\nThe candidate to have a good understanding and/or experience working in a cryptocurrency and blockchain environment, traditional finance or capital markets trading industry.\n\nStrong analytical skills with capability to work independently with minimal supervision, and ex-police officers will also be considered.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and able to multitask.\n\nStrong team player, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.\n\nCommitted and passionate to go beyond the extra mile to succeed in this role.\n\nAdaptable in an ever-evolving digital environment.\n\nThose without prior
