discussions, and documentation to support smooth collaboration across teams.\n\nProcess Optimization & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify inefficiencies in current integration and operational workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance speed and quality.\n\nDevelop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for partner integrations and technical support.\n\nContribute to the standardization of processes to improve scalability and consistency across multiple integrations.\n\nStay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and integration best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\nSupport various operational and technical initiatives as needed, including ad hoc analysis, reporting, or project coordination.\n\nAssist in testing, validation, and quality assurance efforts related to integrations and system updates.\n\nTake on other duties as assigned to support the broader Technical Operations and business objectives.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nExperience with at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).\n\nBasic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and RESTful services.\n\nExperience with debugging, troubleshooting, and log analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL and basic database concepts.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\n\nExperience in technical support, operations, or integration roles is a plus.\n\nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.\n\nWillingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.\n\nExperience in fintech, SaaS, or similar tech-driven industries is a
