right data sources and storage for different reporting needs\n\nExtract, clean and analyze large datasets from databases, internal systems and spreadsheets.\n\nCross-check and reconcile data across sources to guarantee high accuracy in every report.\n\nBuild, maintain and improve Tableau dashboards for different teams and management.\n\nPrepare regular and ad hoc reports with clear visualizations and conclusions.\n\nMonitor and analyze company performance metrics.\n\nPropose practical solutions to business challenges based on data.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.\n\n2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst or similar.\n\nStrong hands-on Tableau experience: building dashboards from scratch, calculated fields, LOD expressions, filters and parameters, connecting data sources.\n\nAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).\n\nExperience working with large datasets and validating data quality.\n\nUnderstanding of core business and financial metrics such as revenue, costs, margins and growth.\n\nProactive attitude and ability to suggest improvements
