the Role\nWe are looking for a Product Manager to join the CoinsPaid Exchange (Aggregator team) and help develop our exchange, trading and liquidity platform, supporting our main business CoinsPaid Processing.\nThe product is responsible for pricing and execution of client exchange transactions, liquidity aggregation and routing across multiple liquidity providers, markup and revenue logic, as well as the development of internal liquidity, inventory management and algo trading capabilities.\nYou will work closely with the Lead Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Product Analyst, Treasury, Finance and other CoinsPaid teams to translate product strategy into clear requirements, prioritized backlog and successfully delivered product improvements.\nThe role combines product delivery and product operations with future exposure to institutional trading, liquidity management and financial technology.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and manage the product backlog - translate product priorities into structured initiatives, requirements and deliverables.\n\nPlan product delivery together with the Lead Product Manager and Engineering Manager, managing scope, priorities, dependencies and delivery risks.\n\nDefine product requirements and business logic need for changes for exchange, execution, liquidity and pricing features, with final approval from stakeholders.\n\nDrive features from requirements to production, coordinating Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders throughout implementation.\n\nSupport development of exchange and trading capabilities, including order execution, smart order routing, liquidity-provider integrations, RFQ/Market/Limit order models and execution optimization.\n\nSupport internal trading tools development, including Internal Matching, Inventory Management, hedging logic and associated risk controls.\n\nWork with pricing and revenue functionality, including markup policies, commissions, execution costs and pricing configuration.\n\nParticipate in liquidity-provider integrations, working with technology providers, institutional venues.\n\nMonitor product performance using available product and trading metrics and work with the Product Data Analyst to identify execution-quality, liquidity and profitability improvements.\n\nManage stakeholders expectations, issues and timelines across Treasury, Finance, Processing, Operations, Compliance and other product teams.\n\nSupport operational excellence by investigating product issues, identifying improvements and ensuring that product logic remains transparent and measurable.\n\nThe general PM framework specifically expects the role to take features from problem definition through launch and post-launch optimization, while using metrics and analytics to drive subsequent improvements.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably with B2B, B2B2C, fintech or technically complex platform products.\n\nProven experience delivering complex features from problem definition and requirements through production launch and further improvement.\n\nStrong ability to translate business problems into clear business logic, product requirements and acceptance criteria.\n\nExperience working closely with engineering teams and understanding API and data-driven products and integrations.\n\nStrong backlog management, prioritization and delivery-management skills.\n\nAbility to work with data and product metrics and use them to evaluate product performance and make decisions.\n\nUnderstanding of financial product economics - revenue, fees, costs, margins and P/L.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with complex workflows and edge cases.\n\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing cross-team dependencies.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a highly technical, complex and operationally sensitive product environment.\n\nEnglish B2 or higher.\n\nTrading Domain Experience - Nice to Have\nDirect trading experience is not mandatory, but experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage:\nCrypto exchanges or institutional digital-asset trading\n\nForex / FX trading platforms\n\nOTC trading\n\nLiquidity providers or market makers\n\nBrokers / prime brokers\n\nTrading venues or exchanges\n\nCrypto payment or exchange products\n\nTreasury or liquidity-management platforms\n\nTrading infrastructure / execution-management systems\n\nKnowledge or practical understanding of some of the following concepts would also be
