CoinSwitch not only plans to double down on making Crypto accessible to everyone but is on track to become the one-stop wealth-tech destination for every Indian.\nFor more information about CoinSwitch, find additional resources here: https://linktr.ee/coinswitchcareers\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe’re hiring an Enterprise Security Engineer to design, implement, and operate security controls across endpoints, networks, application and cloud environments.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nImplement and manage endpoint & network security controls\n\nConfigure and operate SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP & Email Security solutions\n\nMonitor security events and support incident detection & response\n\nIntegrate logs from systems into SIEM and build detection use cases\n\nManage vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking\n\nAutomate security workflows using scripts / APIs where possible\n\nWork with IT teams to harden systems (OS, servers, applications)\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nTechnical Skills (Must-Have)\n\nStrong hands-on experience with:\n\nSIEM / log analysis\n\nEDR / endpoint security\n\nVulnerability management\n\nUnderstanding of:\n\nNetworking basics (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)\n\nOS security (Windows/Linux/MacOS hardening)\n\nAbility to:\n\nInvestigate alerts and identify root cause\n\nWork with logs and security telemetry\n\nComfortable with:\n\nScripting (Python / Bash / PowerShell – basic to intermediate)\n\nAutomating repetitive security tasks\n\nBasic understanding of cloud & application security (AWS/GCP preferred; OWASP Top 10)\n\nSoft Skills\n\nProblem-solving mindset\n\nAbility to work in fast-paced security environments\n\nStrong collaboration with IT, DevOps, and SOC teams\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience in SOC / Security Operations\n\nExposure to threat detection frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)\n\nBasic knowledge of compliance (ISO 27001, SEBI CSCRF, Data Privacy, SOC2)\n\nLeveraging AI tools for productivity and work efficiency\n\nCertifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent\n\nLife at CoinSwitch\n\nWe take great pride in what we do, and are committed to our mission.
