We’re currently looking for Monday through Friday, working 6:30AM to 3:00PM.\n\nJob Summary:\nThe Maintenance Specialist Lead is responsible for overseeing production operations, equipment performance, and maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role serves as the subject matter expert for maintenance processes and equipment, supervises and trains personnel, troubleshoots and repairs facility issues, coordinates preventive maintenance and environmental health and safety programs, manages maintenance assignments and inventory levels, and ensures compliance with all safety policies. The position also maintains company-issued tools and toolboxes, promotes a clean and organized work environment, and supports continuous operational improvement.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe overall duties include but are not limited to:\nEnsure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the Company Safety Policy\nSubject matter expert of production process and equipment\nTroubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner\nSupervise and evaluate the performance of maintenance personnel\nTrain and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and process\nTroubleshoot and investigate building maintenances issues\nComplete daily, weekly, monthly and annually preventative maintenance duties \nCompletes weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual environmental health and safety duties\nReport unusual conditions or circumstances to supervisor\nManaging team supply and inventory levels\nUse of tools including hand tools, power tools, crimpers, buzz saws, etc. \nMaintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition\nManage the company maintenance outlook inbox and maintenance tool to assign daily tasks to the team \nResponsible for maintaining all company-issued toolboxes, ensuring tools are organized, accounted for, and stored properly at all times.\n\nSkills and Abilities: \nKnowledge of production processes and equipment\nQuality-minded with strong attention to detail\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nAbility to multi-task and manage competing priorities\nStrong computer skills in MS Outlook and MS Planner\nAbility to read, write, and speak English\nAble to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated and professionally confident\n\nEducation and Experience: \nHigh school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n2–4 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment\nExperience as a team lead is a plus\nBasic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry experience \nForklift Certification\n\nWork Environment:\nWork performed on cement floors in a warehouse environment.\nWork is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperature conditions, including heat, cold and humidity.\nNoise levels are typically moderate to high due to machinery, powered industrial equipment, and general warehouse operations.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nRepeated sitting, standing on cement floors, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, carrying, up to 50 lbs.\nFrequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, twist, reach, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties.\nContinuous bending, kneeling squatting, grasping, reaching, fine manipulation and exposure to chemicals and noise. \n\nWork Requirements:\nFollow all Company Safety Rules.\nMust adhere to regular and predictable attendance.\nMust be able to wear personal protective equipment including safety vest, steel toed shoes, safety glasses, etc. \nMust be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight.\nMust be able to work overtime as
