We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who can make that happen.\nYou'll own full-cycle recruiting across our GTM and R&D teams, with a heavier focus on GTM roles spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering. One week you might be closing an Enterprise Account Executive while building a pipeline for a specialized technical role the next.\nThis isn't a role where you wait for hiring managers to tell you what to do. You'll be their talent partner: shaping hiring strategies, challenging assumptions, bringing market insights, and keeping searches moving. You'll balance multiple priorities without losing track of the details, and you'll know when to move quickly, when to push back, and when to hold the bar.\nOur Ideal Candidate\nYou're an experienced recruiter who combines urgency with exceptional organization. You can manage several searches at different stages, keep candidates engaged, and ensure hiring managers always know where things stand, without needing to be asked.\nYou're comfortable advising senior stakeholders, not just taking their requests. If a hiring process is moving too slowly or expectations don't match the talent market, you speak up and propose a better approach.\nYou care about candidate experience, communicate with honesty and respect, and take pride in finding people who will thrive at CoLab.\nIf you prefer a predictable workload, need constant direction, or rely primarily on inbound applicants, this probably isn't the right role.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn full-cycle recruitment across GTM and R&D, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.\nBuild strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and thoughtful candidate engagement.\nPartner with hiring managers to define successful profiles, calibrate expectations, and develop effective hiring strategies.\nManage multiple searches simultaneously with exceptional organization, clear priorities, and consistent follow-through.\nDrive hiring velocity by identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and keeping candidates and stakeholders moving.\nRun structured assessments that maintain CoLab's high talent bar and deliver a positive candidate experience.\nUse recruiting data and market insights to advise hiring managers and improve hiring outcomes.\nQualifications\nExtensive full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring GTM talent in B2B SaaS.\nExperience recruiting across multiple functions; comfort navigating technical roles is important.\nStrong direct sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates.\nExceptional organizational skills and experience managing competing hiring priorities.\nAbility to build trusted relationships, influence hiring decisions, and provide constructive pushback.\nExcellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a bias toward action.\nExtra Details\nCompensation: Full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and stock options.\nBenefits: In Canada, extended health benefits, unlimited paid vacation, and RRSP matching.
