The Accountant will be required to work within the policies and procedures of Cold Jet LLC and in accordance with local regulations.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\nSupport month end closing for Mexico in Epicor, including appropriate accruals, journal entries and account reconciliations.\nComplete AR Invoicing in accordance with local regulations and customer requirements.\nIssue Complimentary payment CFDI and upload to web portals of customers.\nPrepare and present Monthly DIOT informative tax file.\nComplete accounts payable invoice entries\nAdminister daily and weekly check runs according to policies and procedures\nRecord daily cash receipts\nWork with customers and sales team to complete and ensure timely cash collections\nAssist and track the business and financial data analysis\nSupport regular tax and audit requests as needed\nReport financial statements to US headquarters\nPerform general ledger activities as required by corporate accounting office\nPro-actively and clearly communicate with customers, internal and external, in addition to responding to questions\nSetup Cold Jet Latin America as a supplier with prospective new customers\nEnsure adherence to Cold Jet global policies and procedures\n\nPosition Requirements\n\nEducation & Experience\nBachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar degree\nAt least 4 years’ experience in Accounting\n\nSkill Competencies\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nSolid knowledge of MS Office and accounting and ERP systems\nLanguage skills:\nfluent in English\nfluent in Spanish, Portuguese is a plus\n\nBehavioral Competencies/Personal Traits\nCustomer and Service Oriented\nStress Resistant – works within deadlines\nAnalytical – evaluates numbers, processes, organizational structure\nDriven – self-starter, sets goals and aggressively pursues them\nCommitted to Company Success – willing to do what it takes to get the job done\nTeam Player – promotes the success of the team and everyone on the team\nIntelligent – applies mental acuity to the job at hand\nProfessional – conducts himself/herself in a manner which garners the respect of peers, senior management and all employees;
