We welcome students and recent graduates from technical schools, community colleges, apprenticeship programs, or military technical training who are eager to learn in a stable, advanced technical environment.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nTechnical Service & Equipment Support\nAssist senior technicians with in-shop diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment\nLearn to troubleshoot integrated control systems and mechanical assemblies under supervision\nSupport equipment installations, including introductory exposure to automated or robotic system integration\nShadow the use of remote diagnostics and connected tools during troubleshooting and maintenance\nService Operations\nHelp manage parts inventory to support timely, efficient repairs\nPractice maintaining accurate service records and documentation\nSupport day-to-day shop operations and gain exposure to vendor coordination\nCustomer Support & Learning\nObserve and assist with technical guidance provided to customers on equipment operation\nBuild foundational skills for customer relationships and technical communication\nLearn how field feedback is communicated to Engineering and Product teams\nParticipate in occasional local support visits as skills develop (travel is limited for this role)\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nCurrently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a technical/vocational program in HVAC, automotive, industrial maintenance, electronics, or a related field — OR military technical training\nNo prior professional experience required;
