This position manages these claims for most effective and quickest resolution and must maintain the highest level of confidentiality. The Claims Coordinator also oversees Coldspring’s OSHA and MSHA reporting, as well as its D.O.T. Program for driver and company compliance of all requirements. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Maintains a consistent process for recording and reporting claims compliant with laws, regulations, or contractual terms. Monitors all claims and liaises with employees, managers, insurance representatives, third-party administrators, medical providers, and/or attorneys involved with a claim.
