This individual will establish and manage the company's learning and development framework, administer training systems, maintain training records, and develop structured learning pathways that prepare employees for future opportunities within the organization.\nThis role serves as a strategic partner to leadership while also handling the day-to-day administration required to ensure training programs are effective, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:\nDevelop and implement the organization's learning and development strategy.\nPartner with leadership to identify training and development needs across departments.\nRecommend improvements to learning initiatives based on employee feedback and organizational objectives.\nServe as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS).\nCreate, assign, track, and report on training completion requirements.\nMaintain employee training records and documentation.\nUpdate training content, learning paths, and course catalogs within the LMS.\nGenerate reports and metrics related to training participation and effectiveness.\nDesign and maintain structured learning paths for employees seeking career advancement opportunities.\nCreate development plans for high-potential employees in partnership with managers.\nAssist with succession planning initiatives through targeted learning and development programs.\nIdentify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.\nResearch, evaluate, and recommend external training providers and learning resources.\nCoordinate training events, workshops, certifications, and educational opportunities.\nManage relationships with training vendors and educational partners.\nMonitor training expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of learning resources.\nDevelop and maintain training policies, procedures, and documentation.\nCoordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training initiatives.\nEnsure required compliance and job-specific training is properly documented and tracked.\nMaintain records necessary for audits, regulatory requirements, and internal reporting.\nAssist with conducting companywide training initiatives\nMonitor and report on training participation, completion, and effectiveness.\nTrack key metrics related to employee development and learning outcomes.\nProvide leadership with regular updates on learning and development initiatives.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\n3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, Talent Development, or a related field.\nExperience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
