Arepo, Ogun\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nThe Human Resources Team Lead / Supervisor will provide effective operational and strategic HR leadership, ensuring the consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.\n\nJob Description\n\nThe role requires a proactive professional capable of guiding HR officers, supporting organizational objectives, and maintaining accurate HR records.\nThe Human Resources Team Lead / Supervisor will oversee day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and staff welfare.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and exit processes.\nProvide HR advisory support to line managers and employees.\nImplement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.\nAssist in training, learning, and development initiatives.\nSupervise and coordinate daily HR operations and activities.\nManage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal controls.\nSupport payroll processing by validating employee data and changes.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.\nHandle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with policy.\nCoordinate performance management and appraisal processes.\n\nEducational Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.\nA professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.\n\nExperience:\n\n5–6 years relevant human resources experience.\nAt least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead HR role is preferred.\n\nRequired Skills and Competencies:\n\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nHigh level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.\nStrong knowledge of human resources principles, labor laws, and HR best practices.\nResiding within or close to Arepo is an advantage.\nExcellent leadership and people management skills.\nProficiency in HR systems, payroll tools, and Microsoft Office applications.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with attention to
