This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, though additional hours may be required to support business needs.\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to drive operational performance, improve processes, and lead high-performing teams. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, a hands-on leadership approach, and the ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term operational goals.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSupport the General Manager in the daily execution and long-term planning of all distribution center operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.\nDrive operational performance across all shifts, ensuring productivity, service, cost, quality, and efficiency goals are consistently achieved.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational trends, and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve business objectives.\nOversee labor planning, workforce utilization, and resource allocation to maximize productivity while maintaining cost efficiency.\nIdentify operational bottlenecks, address performance gaps, and lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational best practices.\nEstablish clear performance expectations and ensure accountability for operational results at all levels.\nSupport SAP utilization, operational reporting, and data-driven decision-making to improve processes and overall effectiveness.\nProvide direct leadership, coaching, and oversight to Warehouse Supervisors, ensuring effective execution of operational priorities and consistent performance across all shifts.\nDevelop strong, capable leaders through ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.\nPartner with HR to support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention initiatives.\nChampion a safety-first culture through proactive training, regular audits, and consistent enforcement of safety standards and company policies.\nAdditional duties as assigned.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.\nMinimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.\nMinimum of 2 years of direct leadership experience managing supervisors or large operational teams.\nProven track record of driving operational performance, improving productivity, and achieving measurable business results.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop leaders while building accountable, high-performing teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational leadership in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable working extended hours or weekends during peak operational periods, as needed.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.\nWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
