Instead of managing from the sidelines, you will dive deep into code to unblock engineers, optimize data pipelines, and keep our supply chain logistics running seamlessly so products reach store shelves clean and fresh.\n\nThis position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\n\nThe impact you'll make\nServe as the hands-on lead resolving technical blockers across Python, SQL, Snowflake, and dbt pipelines.\nPerform GitHub PR reviews to enforce testing, quality, and platform standards.\nEnsure all engineering aligns with modern cloud data warehousing and orchestration standards (Airflow / GKE).\nDeliver high-impact datasets for core metrics (OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory) sourced from SAP, Kinaxis, and WMS/TMS tools.\nManage sprint backlogs, project timelines, internal engineers, and third-party consultants across concurrent initiatives.\n\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative field.\n4+ years total in Data Engineering & Data Architecting\nHands-on experience with Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow.\nHands-on experience creating ERDs and DFDs\nData Warehouse experience (Snowflake preferred).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBackground in Consumer Packaged Goods or high-volume retail/logistics environments.\nExposure to automated testing tools like Great Expectations, Monte Carlo, or dbt tests.\nExperience using Lucid\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nSalary Range $106,400.00 - $155,000.00 USD\n\nPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.\n\nBenefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
