The role works closely with consultants, engineers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality water infrastructure designs\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign & Project Delivery\nLead and coordinate the RWEP design program.\nManage engineering consultants and technical specialists.\nOversee hydraulic modelling, engineering assessments, and design development.\nEnsure designs are fit-for-purpose, technically sound, and aligned to project objectives.\nManage feasibility studies, investigations, and options assessments. \nProject Management\nDevelop project scopes, specifications, plans, budgets, and schedules.\nPrepare and assess tenders and procurement documentation.\nMonitor project progress and report on performance, budget, quality, and risks.\nManage contractors and consultants.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and landowners.\nManage stakeholder expectations and engagement activities.\nRepresent Coliban Water in meetings, negotiations, and project discussions.\nAbout you:\nEssential\nTertiary qualification in Engineering (or related civil design discipline).\nExperience designing and/or managing the design of water or civil infrastructure projects.\nStrong project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and schedules. \nDesirable\nExperience in the water industry or civil construction sector.\nExperience delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects.\nEligibility for membership with Engineers Australia or the Australian Institute of Project Management. \nSound like you?
