We aren't just a service provider-we are a growth engine for our partners. Your role is to be the primary support for clients who need high-quality ad accounts and reliable payment solutions to scale their traffic. While our focus is on building the best environment for our partners, you will also leverage the Colibrix One fintech ecosystem to provide seamless financial infrastructure and card solutions for ad spend.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain daily communication with partners to ensure their scaling needs are met and projects stay on track\nManage the full cycle of providing ad accounts for rent including setup and ongoing technical support\nExecute daily monitoring of budget pacing and KPI performance to ensure accounts are running efficiently\nIdentify specific growth points and optimization strategies to help partners increase their ROI\nAnalyze traffic data and retail media placements to find ways to maximize placement efficiency\nBuild clear and actionable reports that translate complex data into practical insights for partners\nTest new advertising tools and hypotheses to keep our partners at the forefront of industry best practices\nCollaborate with internal technical teams to resolve account issues and streamline payment flows \nWhat you need to succeed in this role\n2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in Client Service within a marketing agency or affiliate network\nSolid hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads plus a deep understanding of the arbitrage landscape\nKnowledge of retail media and the principles of digital advertising efficiency\nHigh proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to interpret complex data into clear insights\nFluent Russian and English at an Intermediate level or higher to communicate effectively with a global partner base\nA proactive team player mindset with the ability to thrive in a multitasking environment and take full ownership of partner success \nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions within a growing company \nCollaborative, horizontal team structure that values your expertise and ideas \nContinuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth \nCompetitive salary and benefits package \n* This position is offered within the COLIBRIX ONE.
