In this role, you will be responsible for bank reconciliations, processing supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end closing activities. You'll help ensure accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nBank reconciliation\nImport bank statements and reconcile all company bank accounts to the general ledger on a daily or weekly basis.\nInvestigate and resolve unmatched transactions, suspense items and discrepancies, posting corrections with proper support.\nMonitor ageing of open items and escalate anything unresolved after 10 days.\nAccounts payable and invoice processing\nReceive supplier invoices from all channels and register them accurately in the ERP.\nCheck each invoice for correct legal entity, VAT details, amounts, bank details and potential duplicates.\nRoute invoices to budget holders for approval and follow up on delayed approvals.\nReconcile supplier statements and resolve differences.\nRespond promptly and professionally to supplier queries on invoices and payments.\nMonth-end procedure\nSupport the month-end close with AP accruals, reconciliations and schedules.\nProvide documentation for internal and external audits.\nRequirements\nDegree in accounting, finance or economics (completed or currently in progress), or an equivalent professional qualification.\nAt least 1.5 years of experience in bank reconciliation, accounts payable or general accounting.\nSolid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, VAT and invoice compliance rules.\nHands-on experience with an ERP or accounting system.\nExceptional attention to detail and a persistent, analytical approach to resolving discrepancies.\nAbility to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.\nFluent in English and Russian (proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset).\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions within a growing company.\nA collaborative and supportive team environment.\nEnglish / Spanish classes.\nOpportunity to receive reimbursement for work-related training/courses.\n* This position is offered within the COLIBRIX ONE.
