Join our team as a Senior Deployment Program Manager in the field of robotics. In this role, you will lead the deployment of groundbreaking robotic technologies, collaborating with engineers, operations teams, and customers. You will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling, while conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project or program management, a strong understanding of robotic systems, and a willingness to travel.
Missions
- Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet, coordinate across cross-functional teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient deployment, conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with external customers to understand their specific requirements, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions that meet their operational needs.
Profil recherché
- Experience leading deployments of robotics, automation or other innovative technologies in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors- 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management; maintain end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of 1-3 concurrent projects, leading each project through the full lifecycle - from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and controlling and closeout while ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resource and stakeholder objectives
- Skilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation
- Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, hardware/software integration, and related deployment methodologies
- Willingness to travel (30-60%) for customer visits and onsite implementation activities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and repeatable processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or other related fields
- Proven experience building strong customer relationships built on trust and reliability
- Must have and maintain US work authorization
- Highly motivated, thriving in fast-paced and collaborative environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
- Experience working with early technology in a startup environment
- Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field
- Successfully introduced multiple robotic systems into pathways through production
- Experience with systems integration and architecture
- Prior experience in managing concurrent pilot programs
- Innovative problem-solving skills, with experience in streamlining deployment processes
