You’ll leverage your deep Workday implementation expertise to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and transition seamlessly to delivery.\nResponsibilities:• Provide end to end solution and design details during the sales process.\n• Support the Business Development Lifecycle by serving as product SME \nand may assist the lead Sales rep to qualify business development \nopportunities.\n• Support initial Cognizant client proposal and support the proposal \nprocess.\n• Support the transition of the client via the approved / formal Sales to \nDelivery process.\n• Mentor and guide junior resources.\n• Promote knowledge sharing across the practices\n• Provide input on project staffing based on requirements in solution area.\n• Work with Directors and Vice Presidents of Delivery to help establish \nprofessional development opportunities in solution area.\n• Support Marketing Activities by speaking and presenting Collaborative \nSolutions at trade conferences.\n• Develop Tools to assist Sales with estimating for each functional area.\n• Support Pre-sales meetings and Orals in person\n• Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects as \nrelated to areas of expertise.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience\n• 5+ years of actual implementation experience \n• Strong Workday implementation experience preferred.
