This is a rare chance to join an early-stage company with world-changing potential, experienced founders, and resources to execute at scale.\nAbout the Role\nCollate is hiring its first full lifecycle GTM Recruiter as we continue to scale post-Series A. We're selling into life sciences - a market where trust, regulatory fluency, and flawlessly executed sales cycles matter as much as product - and the people we hire into Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support need to reflect that.\nYou'll own GTM hiring end to end, partnering with the Head of Recruiting and leadership to build the team that turns Collate's product into revenue. There's no existing playbook for this function at Collate - you'll build the sourcing strategy from scratch, while moving fast enough to hit an aggressive hiring plan. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role filled with ambiguity so it is imperative that you can adapt quickly, be open to unlearn what may have worked before, and deliver with flawless execution.\nWe are 5 days a week onsite in San Francisco.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for our GTM org - Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support - from intake through close\n\nBuild the GTM pipeline from scratch: leverage Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, source strong applicants in Lever and utilize Claude to accelerate quickly\n\nSource candidates who can sell into a regulated, technical, relationship-driven industry - this isn't generic SaaS AE hiring, and the pipeline should reflect that\n\nRun a tight offer process: comp benchmarking, closing strategy, and competitive positioning against other well-funded AI companies chasing the same talent\n\nBuild the reporting layer -
