We take a long-term approach to real estate, maximising risk-adjusted returns across portfolios and generating consistent returns for our partners whilst setting new standards for homes, workplaces and cultural spaces that people love.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Document Controller \n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Own and manage the project document management system; ensure all team members use the system correctly and consistently\n\n Maintain the master drawing register for all disciplines including architecture, structure, MEP, civil, and specialist; update with every new issue and revision\n\n Issue all incoming drawings from consultants to the site team via the document management system; obtain transmission receipts\n\n Ensure that only current-revision drawings are accessible on site; manage the withdrawal and archiving of all superseded drawings\n\n Maintain all project correspondence registers: RFI log, Architect's Instruction log, site instruction log, transmittal log, and formal letter register\n\n Manage all incoming and outgoing formal correspondence; ensure all documents are correctly named, numbered, and filed\n\n Support the Design and Architectural Manager with drawing status reporting\n\n Archive all project documents progressively; produce the final project document archive at project closeout\n\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\n\n Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; formal document control training or certification is an advantage\n\n Minimum 6 years of document control experience on major construction projects\n\n Proficiency in Procore, Aconex, or equivalent document management platform\n\n Strong MS Office skills; excellent attention to detail\n\nKey Competencies and Personal Attributes:\n\n Absolute precision and consistency in document naming, numbering, and filing\n\n Proactive in identifying and correcting document control non-compliance by other team members\n\n Highly organised;
