water-tightness tests.\n Requirements & Qualifications\n Education: B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Civil or Structural Engineering.\n Experience: 5+ years in QA/QC roles within heavy building construction, high-rise developments, or major civil projects.\n Certifications Preferred: ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor, CSWIP, NACE, or OSHA/NEBOSH.\n Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of ACI, ASTM, BS Eurocodes, concrete technology, waterproofing systems, and reading structural/MEP shop drawings.\n Tools: Proficiency in BIM 360, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or MS
