RCM is at the heart of this transformation as it has a clear and demonstrable ROI to our customers.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Manager with experience in healthcare tech to join our team. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful integration and deployment of our SaaS solutions within healthcare facilities and organizations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met according to client expectations.\n\nClient Engagement: Serve as clients' primary point of contact during the implementation phase, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance to align our solutions with their requirements.\n\nTraining and Onboarding: Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our software.\n\nCustomization and Configuration: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to customize and configure our software solutions to meet specific client needs while adhering to best practices.\n\nIssue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any implementation-related issues or challenges, providing timely resolutions to maintain project momentum.\n\nDocumentation: Create detailed documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific requirements for future reference and improvement.\n\nCross Functional Collaboration: Working across multiple departments (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and deployment of new products.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin the first 90 days:\nComplete the Healthcare Financial Management Association CRCR training with a passing score.\n\nSuccessfully complete the Collectly Implementation Manager onboarding program.\n\nDevelop a strong foundational understanding of the Collectly platform, including core workflows and capabilities.\n\nGain fluency in the Collectly Implementation Framework and delivery methodology.\n\nOver two quarters, success includes:\nSuccessfully lead and deliver at least three customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.\n\nDemonstrate a clear understanding of implementation nuances across Collectly's product lines, including Post-Service, Time of Service, and Pre-Service.\n\nBuild proficiency with implementation tools, systems, and best practices to drive efficient, high-quality deployments.\n\nEstablish strong, collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience: 3+ years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS.\n\nProject Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion.\n\nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey project information clearly and concisely.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare software systems and ability to comprehend technical concepts for effective communication with development teams.\n\nClient-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients while understanding their unique needs.\n\nProblem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.\n\nTeam Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments. Comfortable translating business requirements into system configurations and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with technical teams.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Works seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementations. Advocates for client needs while aligning with internal priorities and processes.\n\nPreferred\nRevenue Cycle & Healthcare Domain Expertise: Demonstrates a foundational understanding of revenue cycle management, including patient billing, collections workflows, and payer dynamics. Able to translate industry concepts into effective software configurations and client guidance.\n\nSaaS Implementation Experience: Experience implementing SaaS-based solutions, ideally in healthcare or revenue cycle management environments. Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models, system integrations (e.g., APIs, EHR/PM systems), data migration, and configuration best practices.
