As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure systems through automation and collaboration. You'll be a key contributor to our continuous improvement efforts, driving efficiency and innovation in how we develop and deploy software.\nKey Responsibilities\nInfrastructure Management:\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions using IaC principles and tools like Terraform and Ansible.\nAutomate the provisioning, deployment, and scaling of infrastructure components across various environments.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, implementing optimized solutions.\nCI/CD Pipeline Automation:\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid, reliable, and repeatable software releases.\nCollaborate closely with development teams to understand their workflows and optimize build, test, and deployment processes.\nImplement automated testing strategies to ensure the high quality and stability of software releases.\n Security and Compliance:\nIntegrate security practices and controls throughout the software development lifecycle (Shift-Left security).\nAutomate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and other security measures within our CI/CD pipelines.\nMaintain and enhance security controls and validate compliance, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.\nMonitoring and Incident Management:\nImplement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and respond to performance and security issues.\nAct as a key responder to incidents, troubleshoot system failures, and perform thorough root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.\nContinuously improve system observability, reliability, and resilience through effective monitoring and incident response strategies.\n Collaboration:\nActively participate in cross-functional team efforts, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing with development and operations teams.\nCreate and maintain clear, concise documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices, ensuring smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nProven experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or related roles.\nProficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.\nExperience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.\nStrong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nSolid knowledge of security principles and best practices.\nExperience with monitoring and logging systems like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nFluency in English.\n Preferred Qualifications:\nRelevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).\nExperience with infrastructure security tools and practices, including intrusion detection and prevention systems, identity and access management, and secure network architecture.\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks and regulations such as SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI
