Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.\nWe’re looking for a Claims Coordinator to join ourCollectors Claims team, providing essential assistance to our customers during their times of need. Our team's core responsibility revolves around efficiently handling claims for customers who may have encountered damage or loss of their items during their return journey. In this role, your primary emphasis will be serving as the central liaison for our customers whenever they must navigate the complexities of a claim related to their collectibles. Your key responsibilities will involve guiding customers through the claims process through effective communication via both phone and email.\nYou’ll report to the Claims Managerand work from ourSanta Anaoffice.\nOnsite Requirement:\nThis role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nReceive, review, and process payment requests.\n\nDraft and send settlement/release agreements.\n\nAccurately maintain insurance logs.\n\nMaintain detailed and accurate records of claim activities, correspondence, and decisions.\n\nProvide timely updates on the status of payments.\n\nProvide exceptional internal customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.\n\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to process payment requests for customers.\n\nWho You Are:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.\n\n2+ years of administrative experience.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.\n\nAbility to manage time while prioritizing multiple tasks.\n\nExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite Products.\n\nKnowledge of Salesforce would be an asset.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nComputer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time\n\nHand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks\n\nHearing Requirements:Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions\n\nLifting and Carrying:Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds\n\nPhone Answering:Talking on the phone and texting may be required, as well as manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone system efficiently\n\nSitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time\n\nHourly Range: The reasonable estimated hourly range for this position is $20.50-$23.
