Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.\n\nJob Description\nWe’re looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our Warehouseteam to assist in leading the coordination efforts of our daily warehouse operations and meeting our inventory tracking goals as our supply needs grow. You’ll work with our procurement, quality, and operations teams to bring our warehousing strategies to the next level!\nYou’ll report to the Warehouse Managerand work from our Santa Ana, CAoffice headquarters.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCoordinate the daily operations such as shipping and receiving, inventory management and order fulfillment, including external offices/locations\nMonitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed\nEnsure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed\nWho You Are:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n2+ years of experience in a warehouse or related field\nProven leadership experience in a team setting\nOrganizational and time management skills\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nPhysical Requirements:\nBending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.\nComputer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.\nExposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery.\nHand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.\nHearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.\nLifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.\nSitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.\nTemperature and Humidity: Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating or cooling with fluctuations in temperatures and humidity.\nWalking: Ability to walk for long periods.\nHourly Rate:\nThe reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $19.00.
