items, passages, supplementary units, and teacher guides\n Develop and maintain comprehensive scope and sequences at program and lesson level\n Lead quality assurance cycles, content reviews, standards alignment, end-to-end testing, and issue resolution\n Ensure ELAR content is organized, accurate, accessible, and continuously refined\n Embed differentiation and accommodations and ensure digital content meets WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards\n Maintain alignment with CollegeSpring pedagogy, organizational standards, and branding\n Oversee digital file organization, standards mappings, and version control\n Track progress, benchmarks, and milestones across multiple curriculum workstreams\n Directly manage Digital Curriculum Specialists and Senior Specialists, providing coaching and supporting professional growth\n Onboard, direct, and quality-assure contractors and freelance contributors\n Represent ELAR curriculum in planning with Partner Success, Marketing, Data, and Senior Leadership\n Partner with the Data team to identify curriculum needs and refine products\n Monitor national and state-level trends in ELAR instruction, assessment policy, college readiness, and educational technology\n Represent CollegeSpring as an ELAR subject matter expert and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing\nRequirements:\n Bachelor’s degree\n 5+ years of experience in ELAR curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field, with demonstrated impact on student outcomes\n 2+ years of ELAR instructional experience (grades 6-12) in a classroom, coaching, or curriculum-facing role\n Familiarity with standardized assessments and test-prep curriculum, such as the SAT®, ACT®, or TSIA2\n Demonstrated success managing curriculum portfolios and leading cross-functional projects from design through delivery\n Deep knowledge of ELAR pedagogy, college and career readiness standards, and assessment design\n Proficiency in Google Workspace\n Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) or digital learning platform\n Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines\n Commitment to educational equity and a belief that all students can achieve at high levels\n Familiarity with AI-enhanced curriculum tools or adaptive content design\n Experience managing contractors or leading a small team\n Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods\n Must be able to lift/carry/transport educational or promotional materials and/or equipment weighing up to
