So, what are you waiting for?Your journey starts here.\nPosition Summary\nReporting to the Group Supervisor - Air Operations, the Group Air Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring Group Air reservations are accurately booked and aligned with guest expectations and tour requirements. This position supports the Group Air teams and Supervisor by assisting with daily tasks to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.\nPrimary Functions:\nAssist Group Air Specialists with queue management and securing guest seat assignments.\nPerform quality checks on Group Air reservations after seat reduction dates and as needed.\nAction airline schedule changes promptly. Assist with protecting passengers when changes no longer meet minimal connection times and/or time restrictions on the tour package booked. \nSupport Quality Control Air Coordinator(s) when necessary.\nAssist with fulfillment of Group Air requests across all office locations.\nParticipate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the VP Air and Logistics, Air Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Airline Contracting and Pricing Manager.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards and policies.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nBachelor’s degree preferred (educational assistance available through approved programs).\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).\nFamiliarity with, or willingness to learn, air operations, quality control procedures, and reporting documentation standards.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to create, compose, and edit professional written materials.\nEffective team player with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and departments.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.\nDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.\nAbility to plan and structure work to maximize efficiency and productivity.\nCommitment to fostering a cooperative and positive work environment.\nEmbraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes, elevate content, and drive efficiency \nCompensation & Benefits\nWe believe in taking care of our team-inside and outside of work.\nThe pay range for this position is 18.00 -
