Your journey starts here.\nJob Summary:\nThe temporary Media Partnerships Associate Manager plays a key role in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through the management of strategic media partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns. This individual will develop, and manage high-impact collaborations with media organizations, publishers, and brand partners to support Collette’s growth objectives.\nThis role requires creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and expertise in relationship management, media strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. It also includes reviewing media rates, added-value opportunities, and campaign deliverables to help maximize ROI.\nPrimary Functions:\nPartnership Strategy & Development \nEvaluate new media partnership opportunities aligned with Collette’s target audience and growth goals \nDevelop strategic recommendations for upper-funnel and performance-driven campaigns \nPartner with the Co-op Marketing team to identify, recommend, and support media opportunities \nNegotiate media rates, added value opportunities, and campaign deliverables to maximize ROI \nCampaign Management & Execution\nLead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across channels including digital, audio, print, TV \nCollaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, digital, project management) to ensure seamless campaign activation \nManage timelines, deliverables, and partner communication to ensure campaigns launch on schedule \nRelationship Management \nServe as the primary point of contact for key media partners \nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and incremental opportunities \nParticipate in regular check-ins, planning sessions, and post-campaign reviews with partners \nPerformance Tracking & Optimization\nAnalyze campaign performance and optimize based on learnings \nTranslate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and leadership \nBudget & Reporting\nTrack and report on monthly campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI \nPrepare presentations and summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams \nReview, process, and track partner invoices to ensure accuracy, timely payment, and alignment with contracted terms \nProvide regular reporting and performance insights for Co-op marketing initiatives, helping stakeholders understand campaign effectiveness and optimize future opportunities \nKnowledge & Skills:\n3- 5 years proven experience in media or marketing partners management.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nUnderstanding of travel industry dynamics and stakeholder engagement preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with digital media, social platforms, and analytics tools.\nStrategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills. \nDegree preferred;
