Your journey starts here.\nPosition Summary:\nThis position requires team members to reach out to potential clients from a list of generated leads which we obtain from many sources including our website, social media, partnerships, and many more with the goal of building company revenue and customer loyalty through differentiated and personal guest experiences.\nPrimary Functions:\nInfluence customers to book tours by following sales call flow.\nHandle customer needs by taking a consultative approach.\nCreate, maintain, and update database of customers with complete information and emails.\nMaintain a timely customer follow up strategy.\nUse resources such as email and mailings to provide accurate information to all guests.\nDetermine customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions.\nMeet or exceed the sales goals determined by Management and your Sales Team.\nAccurately complete a customer booking in our reservation system.\nComplete outbound calls to establish relationships and create follow-up appointments with decision makers.\nRegularly Communicate with manager and team members to review lead rotations, closing techniques, updates to policies and products, and other important updates\nContinued commitment to product education to better service customer calls.\nOther duties, as assigned.\nKnowledge & Skills:\nPrevious outbound calling/sales experience.\nStrong active listening skills.\nBachelor’s Degree preferred.\nMust be outgoing and energetic.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nMust present and communicate in a professional manner.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nMust be organized with good time management skills.\nExperience in executing sales strategies.\nPossess strong presentation and closing skills.\nMust be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.\nMust be able to collaborate and work within different teams to accomplish goals.\nEmbraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes and drive efficiency across the organization.\nCompensation & Benefits\nWe
