Your journey starts here.\nJob Summary:\nReporting to the Senior Studio Graphic Designer, the Studio Graphic Designers’ role creates marketing materials using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the recipient’s desire to use Collette as their means to travel.\nJob Functions:\nCreating and compiling marketing materials and selecting photos for each tour to support inside, outside sales and marketing initiatives.\n Reviewing existing photos/materials to adjust for changes based on newly released itineraries or tour changes. \nAssisting in creating and/or editing PowerPoint presentations for each tour as needed.\nUsing photo database (Widen) to tag photos associated with each tour and creating portals for each tour.\nCreating brochure pages for each tour following template & guidelines. Creates multiple versions of each page for various currencies and markets. Preparing files for printing and exporting pdfs following printer instructions for all markets and versions. \nInterprets and makes edits from multiple sources with an eye for detail.\nAbility to use Adobe Acrobat and Publicator to create interactive digital documents and generate live publication links for online distribution.\nAdjusting and revising maps using Step Map as needed (training will be provided).\nSelecting photos for partner websites and sizing as needed.\nCoordinates multiple projects simultaneously and delivers in a timely manner.\nEmbraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes and drive efficiency across the organization.\nKnowledge & Skills:\n2-3 years corporate graphic design experience.\nDegree in graphic design or related field.\nFamiliar with Prepress techniques and file preparation following vendor guidelines.\nHighly proficient in Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.\nMicrosoft Office experience including Microsoft Powerpoint, Word & Excel.\nExperience with a photo database program (example: Widen) helpful but not required.\nMust have a solid understanding of layout, type, color and brand guidelines.\nAbility to collaborate with multiple teams in marketing and outside of marketing.\nStrong self-motivation and time management skills required to adhere to strict deadlines. \nAbility to multi-task effectively under pressure.\nPay range: $28.00 -
